Description:

Located in the iconic Palmolive Building, this condo blends modern minimalism with playful historical nods, creating a home that feels both elevated and inviting. The Kitchen sets the tone with crisp white cabinetry, a creamy stone backsplash and countertop, and light wood custom millwork at the island—all subtly grounded by a charming, baby blue La Cornue range. The Primary Bathroom continues this clean aesthetic with a calming palette of white, brass, and cream, anchored by a sculptural freestanding tub, separate shower, and built-in niche that adds both beauty and function.

The Powder Room is where history and style collide. Inspired by the Art Deco roots of the Palmolive Building, the space features a bold graphic wallpaper that pays homage to the building’s 1929 origins—balanced with contemporary touches like a modern sconce, deep charcoal paneling, and a transitional sink stand. A cleverly disguised recessed medicine cabinet offers functional storage while seamlessly blending into the wallpaper, proving that even the most practical choices can be beautifully executed. It’s a small space with big personality, honoring the past while embracing the present.
