This modern Bucktown residence blends bold contrasts with inviting comfort across its updated living spaces. Working within an already well-built home, we were brought in to refine and elevate key areas—introducing warmth, cohesion, and style that better reflected the homeowners’ tastes. A palette of black and white is grounded with brass accents and softened by layers of rich blue, setting the tone for a space that feels both contemporary and welcoming. Custom drapery throughout enhances the architecture, while subtle but impactful kitchen updates—like a new backsplash, updated lighting, and sleek counter stools—brought a refreshed energy to the heart of the home.

The living and family rooms were reimagined with new furnishings, a striking tiled fireplace surround, and modern wallpaper to add texture and depth. In the basement, we transformed a full kitchen into a functional wet bar tailored for entertaining—making the most of the space and adapting it to the family’s evolving lifestyle. Every update, from decorative details to practical enhancements, was made with the goal of creating a home that balances sophistication with the ease of everyday living.
