Los Angeles Nursery
The nursery is my favorite room in our house, and it is so comforting to see the smile on my son’s face when he is in his room; I have never seen a baby be so engaged with his space.
Whether you’ve been following along since 2015 or you’re brand new to the OI family, we are so glad you’re here. You might remember that last month we launched our brand new site and branding — so we thought now would also be a great time to launch our new OI blog!
First things first, a little background on Outline Interiors: We are a small and mighty team of 6, led by founder and principal designer Laura Tribbett. We design out of our gorgeous studio in Chicago’s industrial West Loop neighborhood, though we love to travel nationally for our projects. Oh, and we’re all slightly obsessed with Spindrift Sparkling Water. Meet the full team here!
The heart and soul of OI is in executing full scale renovations, single and multi-family residential developments, and end-to-end home furnishings and finishes. To ensure a cohesive and functional outcome, our Residential clients often come to us for guidance while home shopping or at the start of a new build process, and our Commercial Development clients like to involve us in the earliest phases of establishing their vision pre-construction.
Laura Tribbett founded Outline Interiors in 2015 with the purpose of creating moments of joy for others – MOJO. At OI we lead every interaction with empathy for our clients and view the design process as a collaborative partnership – whether you come to us with a design vision or not. This means we carefully guide you on your journey through the world of luxury design making technical and discerning details fun, approachable and joyful during and after the process. To help us craft moments of joy we bring and manage our trusted network of architects, vendors, and contractors to your service. This ensures a cohesive, functional, and distinguished design is executed on time and on budget.
I’m sure you don’t need reminding, but living this past year in a pandemic was one of the hardest things that we’ve all ever had to do. But we also learned a lot. We learned to master zoom calls. We learned to find joy in the smaller things. And we also learned how important it is that we feel connected.
As the world starts to open up, we want to take advantage of this fresh start. Enter — our new blog! We hope this blog can serve as a way for us to all stay connected and to welcome you into our festive world of Interior Design. We can’t wait to share so many things with you — whether it be design tips, project transformations, an up-and-coming developer, a fun guac recipe, whatever we can provide that will bring you joy! We are so excited to carry out our MOJO mantra throughout this blog. Make sure to check back weekly and subscribe to our email list to stay up-to-date on all the fun.
Cheers!
