Last year, Outline Interiors had the pleasure of designing and renovating one of the first condos purchased at The Residences at the St. Regis. We loved reimagining this space for a couple of dream clients looking to downsize.
This project allowed us to play with color and strategize a re-work of the layout to create a sleek backdrop for the client’s extensive art collection and allow optimal storage. To compliment the client’s eclectic artwork and decor, as well as the stunning east and south views from the 22nd floor, we decided to go with blue tones, airy materials and textures, and neutral hues in the common spaces. We chose navy blue for the walls in the den to create an even more dynamic space within this artful home.
Since this renovation, Outline Interiors has tackled a total of three projects at the St. Regis! We’ve grown to really love this building, and we’ve just about nailed how to direct our vendors and delivery drivers to the tricky loading dock. Similarly to other ultra-luxury condo buildings we’ve worked in, knowing the nuances and details of the building, establishing a rapport with staff, and understanding the building’s rules fueled our success in this project.
